Registrar's Form Index
On all academic approval forms submitted to the Registrar's Office, individuals must personally affix their own signatures or provide other written evidence of their approval. Such evidence may include written documentation via fax or via e-mail from a CGU or other Claremont Colleges domain or, for individuals serving on dissertation or thesis committees who are not affiliated with the Claremont Colleges, from an institutional or professional domain. If approval is provided by such documentation it must be attached to the relevant form and "see attached" must be recorded on the signature line for the individual on the approval form. Under no circumstances may a committee chair, another faculty member, or anyone else sign for a colleague or affix a signature stamp on an academic approval form.
