PeopleSoft Campus Solutions provide intuitive and effective management of all CGU campus constituents, including applicants, students, faculty and staff. PeopleSoft Campus Solutions is an administrative suite that provides students, staff & faculty with immediate access to real-time information and connects that information to specific actions. PeopleSoft also provides various processes to handle university business functions from applicants, admissions, registration, grade reporting, transcript maintenance, financial-aid distribution and general constituent contact information.

Hobsons is an application that allows education professionals to manage the entire student lifecycle, including recruitment, enrollment, and retention. ApplyYourself assist students through college admission with popular online tools, such as online applications, a module to schedule campus events and interviews, online recommendations, and decision management tools. ApplyYourself keeps students actively engaged throughout the entire application process.
Designed for diverse and complex fundraising programs, Sage Millennium is web-based fundraising software that empowers development professionals to connect more effectively with people and information. Track multiple membership structures, including multiple membership classifications for one constituent, and assign benefits automatically. Millennium consolidates and organizes a vast amount of information into modules, providing easy access and management through a browser interface. Millennium helps catalog integrated data into easy-to-manage areas such as Profiles, Events, Reporting, and Tools.

CGU uses Campus EAI to host our campus portal system, called MyCampus. MyCampus is the single point of information for all campus news, events and information for students, faculty, staff, alumni and potential students. It provides a better way to stay connected to our institution, professors and CGU community. The system provides single sign-on access to everything from academic information, social networking, administration and everything else related to the CGU experience.
MyCampus Mobile provides apps that interoperate with CGU's PeopleSoft SIS System. These apps provide users with real-time information on Course Registration, Grades, Holds, Account Summary, Transcripts, Course Schedule and more. MyCampus Mobile is available for all major mobile platforms including Android, iOS, Blackberry, and Windows Phone 8.

CGU uses the Grants module within the greater PeopleSoft Enterprise Financials/Supply Chain Management system for both pre-award and post-award sponsored research budgeting and accounting functions. This system improves and enhances the processes at CGU, providing reporting and data analysis capabilities and university-wide data integration. Faculty and project managers are able to view up-to-date budget balances anytime, issue budget modifications for current awards immediately, and issue electronic RFCs, all from anywhere they have Internet access. The Grants system services the Office of Contracts and Grants Administration and the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs.

EMS offers a full suite of room scheduling, meeting and event management, academic scheduling, shared workspace management, master calendaring and online registration/survey solutions.
A unified data warehouse which integrate reporting capabilities from various administrative systems including, but not limited to: PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Datatel Financials, ADP Payroll and Millennium advancement.
