Claremont Graduate University students can choose among a number of housing options.

Claremont Collegiate Apartments offers both summer and year round housing in studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom fully furnished apartments with great community amenities, all just north of campus within walking distance of shops and the Trader Joe’s grocery store.

The Oasis Residential Commons is south of campus near the Claremont Village and includes classroom and group meeting spaces, fitness, swimming pool, study rooms, lounges, and more.

Living in student housing allows students to be in close proximity to many services and facilities provided by The Claremont Colleges such as:

  • Four libraries
  • Five cafeterias
  • Fitness centers
  • Health and counseling centers
  • Athletic facilities
  • Ethnic centers
  • Interfaith chaplaincy
  • Performing arts complex
  • Cafes and more

The Claremont Colleges Housing Office also provides information for students who wish to explore off-campus living options.
